The achievement won't transfer over to the Horde equivalent ( Ready for War ) and you must still complete the Horde War Campaign in order to unlock Mag'har Orcs, but you will be Exalted with Honorbound after. You complete 1 foothold now and then wait for the next questline after a couple of levels. Let's assume you've completed the Alliance War Campaign (Ready for War), unlocked Dark Iron Dwarves and reached Exalted with 7th Legion. I just got Exalted with the 7th Legion today and there's no way in hell I have the time to level one of my Horde characters to 120, do all of the quests, and grind Honourbound to exalted just so I can access the Maghar Orcs and level one to 120.
